Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Night Shift LPN, you will:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions

• Provide direct nursing care and support individualized care plans

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting

• Monitor changes in resident health status and promptly communicate concerns

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Assist with wound care, infection prevention, and restorative nursing services

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Full-Time Night Shift Schedule

Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Qualifications

• Current, Active, Unencumbered Tennessee LPN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
