Bilingual Leave & Compliance Specialist
CRH
Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Leave Administrator to manage FMLA, ADA accommodations, and state/local leave programs. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with UNUM, payroll, BenAdmin, and management, and serve as the primary resource for the South Central division.
