Day-to-day, you'll:Deliver remote support using RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate and similar)Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and peripheralsManage user accounts, permissions, and accessTroubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issuesDocument everything clearly and escalate when neededSpot opportunities to improve IT processes and the user experienceOccasionally support after-hours projects, upgrades, or critical issuesYou'll thrive if you love solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping people productive.What we're looking for2+ years of help desk / IT support experienceStrong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindsetDetail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationBonus points for CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications, or for pursuing/holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldReady to join a team that values your skills and helps you grow?Apply today by submitting your resume.
