ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of five who are focused on education, service, and long-term growth. I began my career as a State Farm team member in 2011 and worked in two different states. Originally from Louisiana, I lived in Wyoming from 2011 to 2015, always knowing I wanted to become an agent. I ultimately moved back home to Louisiana to open my own agency and serve the community I care about most.

I stay very involved locally as President of the Kiwanis Club and a member of Rotary and the Knights of Columbus. Giving back and staying engaged in the community is a priority for me and our agency.

We offer PTO, paid holidays, flexibility for family needs, a 401(k), and licensing reimbursement. We understand that life happens, and we work to create a supportive, family-conscious environment.

Our mission is to be the #1 resource for our customers—helping them navigate their options, educating them, and offering real support. We believe sales are a byproduct of doing the right thing and educating customers well. We have plans to continue growing throughout the state and into neighboring areas.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Billy Cormier - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
