North Bridge Staffing is a privately owned staffing and recruiting firm specializing in Administrative, Human Resources, Operations, Legal, Finance & Accounting, and Customer Support talent. As a Recruiter, you'll become a trusted career advisor to candidates while partnering closely with our clients to deliver top talent. You'll have access to leading recruiting technology, AI‑powered sourcing tools, and ongoing coaching, while developing the skills to become a true market expert. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and evaluate top talent for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct hire opportunities. Build meaningful relationships with active and passive candidates throughout their career journey. Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, networking, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies. Conduct phone interviews, video interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments. Manage end to end process: sourcing, scheduling, offer negotiation, close. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching throughout the hiring process. Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver exceptional talent. Own the client relationship post sales with a focus on retention and growth. Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation, and local market activity to better advise candidates and clients. Maintain an organized pipeline of talent using our CRM and ATS while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Generate referrals, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
