Solutions Analyst 4730 N Service Dr, Winona, MN 55987 HEADP Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as a Full-time Solutions Analyst, in the FMI (Fastenal Managed Inventory) Technology Operations and Development department, you will be responsible for working closely with our Fastenal Automated Supply Technology (FAST) Solutions programs. You will develop and maintain documentation, including reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials, while managing and scheduling workload to meet required time frames. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Gathering and analyzing data to create comprehensive reports that support business decisions and project progress o Determine and document business process requirements for all projects and initiatives. o Maintaining accurate records and project tracking o Managing and scheduling workload to ensure projects are completed within required time frames o Providing regular updates on project status and progress to stakeholders and team members o Developing and maintaining technical documentation to support the FAST Solutions program, including SOPs and training materials REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field of study OR 1 year of relevant work experience. o Excellent written and oral communication skills. o Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented. o Demonstrate strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills. o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities. o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. o Work independently as well as in a team environment. o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork. o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY). PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Experience with graphic design software, project management tools, and other relevant applications. COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position is $44,000 - 50,000.
