This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Medical Assistant!

Serve as a lead clinical team member by rooming patients, supporting efficient clinic operations, and delivering exceptional patient care. Mentor and train new staff, build positive relationships with patients and colleagues, and help foster a collaborative team environment. This role provides opportunities to develop leadership skills through coaching, onboarding support, and process improvement initiatives. Sign-on Bonus Eligible Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Responsible for leading a team of Medical Assistants in providing patient care under the direction of a physician or other licensed provider. Serves as an experienced role model within the practice supporting compliance, providing cross-training, following practice protocols and performing procedures within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory and tracking of medications and supplies.
• Ensures practice is in compliance with OSHA and all protocols/procedures in the delivery of patient care.
• Acts as MA clinical subject matter expert to assist practice management in oversight of coverage and daily patient operations.
• Monitors MA required training and certification records and ensures everyone is in compliance with HR.
• Performs triage of incoming escalated patient requests.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Supervisor Experience: < 2 years
• Licenses & Certifications: Cert/Reg in Area of Expertise

Preferred Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years
• Supervisor Experience: 2-5 years
• Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
