Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 - $19.15 per hour and depends upon qualifications and experience. Benefits California Paid Sick Time Set‑Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs End of Season Premium Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications. Job Summary The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Requirements Minimum age requirement: 18 Must have a flexible schedule Prior retail management experience is required Physical demands: 8+ hours standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Spirit Halloween
