Senior Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures. Working Hours: Up to 38 hours per week. Minimum Age Requirement: 18. Physical Demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Qualifications: Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
