RN - Behavioral Health

Clinical Nurse, RN - General Psych/Dual Diagnosis

This position requires three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required. Optional overtime is also available.

The Clinical Nurse will provide clinical care for inpatient behavioral health patients, focusing on general psychiatry and dual diagnosis.

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.

Assist in de-escalating potentially challenging situations through appropriate interventions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.

Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.

Active current Ohio RN license.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

One year of behavioral health experience is preferred.

De-escalation training (Welle or CPI) is preferred.
