Job Description Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent Required Skills: At least one year of working in a clerical, data entry, or office assistant position Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad Typing speed of 45-50 wpm minimum Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assess child support cases using contract/project systems and online resources Assist customers who call in regarding their applications Analyze and interpret data to determine appropriate next steps Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal standards Enter and verify accurate data into computer programs Follow standard operating procedures thoroughly to ensure everything is processed properly
