As a Supervisor , you will help create a vibrant atmosphere with dynamic experiences and endless possibilities. The role is always active; no two days are the same. You’ll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities Champion guests by delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and addressing complaints. Capitalize on marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling. Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and handle league administrative duties. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly center staff team. Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity. Assist in overseeing the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction; provide ongoing training and supervision. Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed. Desired Skills and Qualifications High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Commitment to great guest service. 1–2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants. Solid communication skills. Strong teamwork and people‑development skills. Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
