About Our Agency: I opened my first State Farm agency in 2010 and a second location in 2022, and together they're supported by a close-knit team of six across both offices. Before becoming an agent, I worked in mortgages, but I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for serving people. I'm a University of Houston graduate, a husband and father of four, and an avid cyclist I've biked cross-country and ride to Iowa every year. Community involvement is a huge part of who I am; I serve on the Chamber of Commerce board, sponsor countless local events, support youth sports, and stay active in my church. Role Description: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eric Strobel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
