ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first State Farm agency in 2010 and a second location in 2022, and together they’re supported by a close-knit team of 6 across both offices. Before becoming an agent, I worked in mortgages, but I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for serving people. I’m a University of Houston graduate, a husband and father of four, and an avid cyclist — I’ve biked cross-country and ride to Iowa every year.

Community involvement is a huge part of who I am; I serve on the Chamber of Commerce board, sponsor countless local events, support youth sports, and stay active in my church.

As an Account Representative for the Eric Strobel Agency you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
