About Our Agency: I opened my first State Farm agency in 2010 and a second location in 2022, and together they're supported by a close-knit team of 6 across both offices. Before becoming an agent, I worked in mortgages, but I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for serving people. I'm a University of Houston graduate, a husband and father of four, and an avid cyclist — I've biked cross-country and ride to Iowa every year. Community involvement is a huge part of who I am; I serve on the Chamber of Commerce board, sponsor countless local events, support youth sports, and stay active in my church. Role Description: As an Account Representative for the Eric Strobel Agency you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
