Role Description: As an Account Representative for the Eric Strobel Agency, you will support daily business operations and contribute to customer success by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
