FABRICATOR

Auto Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Auto Fabrication Specialist to join our client's manufacturing team in Berlin, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of fabrication equipment-including sheet-fed presses, transfer lines, VT19s, and strip feeds.

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st shift

Starting Pay - $17/hr

Required Experience - At least 1 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and run sheet-fed presses, transfer lines, VT19 machines, and strip feeds to production specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine machine troubleshooting and basic equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Die Maintenance: Clean, inspect, and maintain dies to preserve tool life and product quality.
• Quality & Precision Inspection: Inspect produced components using precision measuring tools to maintain strict quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Electro-mechanical or engineering experience/background is a strong plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using measuring instruments, including rulers, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges .
• Strong mechanical comprehension, math, and reading abilities.
• Solid listening, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.
