OCH Technologies, LLC is actively looking for a Windows Server Lead to support a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing technical work on projects, performing a variety of analyses, and preparing appropriate documentation.

This position supports a proposal effort and is contingent upon award, customer approval, and successful onboarding requirements.

Onsite: Battle Creek, MI OR Richmond, VA OR Fort Belvoir, VA OR Philadelphia, PA OR New Cumberland, PA OR Mechanicsburg, PA OR Tracy, CA OR Tinker AFB, OK OR Columbus, OH OR Dayton/Wright-Patterson AFB, OH OR Ogden/Hill AFB, UT

Core Responsibilities & Duties  

• Responsible for directing technical work on projects.
• Performs a variety of analyses and prepares appropriate documentation.
• Prepares and makes briefings and presentations.
• Leads team in on-site management of installations.
• Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.
• Assists in the development and management of project plans. This includes the review of task performance and work products for correctness, for adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and for progress in accordance with schedules.
• Coordinates with the Vendor PM, TOPCs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters. 

Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role. 

Requirements:

 

Minimum Qualifications  

Education  

Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in a technical discipline from an accredited university 

Experience  

• At least seven (7) years of progressive IT experience including at least five projects in technical areas. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of Windows Server Administration resolving issues with various software

Security Clearance Requirement
Candidate must have an active Top Secret level security clearance

Certificate Requirement  

• DoD 8570/8140: Candidates must possess an approved IAT II or IAT III baseline certification
• Computing Environment: Candidates must meet the applicable Server Admin M and Domain Admin Z computing environment requirements

Other Required Skills and Abilities  

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
