Catering Lead Panera Bread is looking for a dedicated Catering Lead to manage and execute catering orders, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure food safety standards are met. This role supports local businesses and special events. Provide warm, friendly service and effective communication to create memorable experiences. Assist with delivery of orders to events. Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards and maintain Panera's exceptional quality. Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Support managers and team members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Complete basic food-safety training and obtain a Food Handler’s Card. Effective communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Self-starter capable of meeting goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Own a reliable vehicle and have an acceptable driving record. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Able to lift 25-50 lbs, stand and walk up to 3 hours, and work in a loud environment.
