Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-impact role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong cross-functional exposure to Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams Opportunity to influence cost accuracy, product margins, and operational decisions Hands-on involvement in both financial reporting and cost accounting Visibility to leadership and ability to contribute to business performance Stable and growing industry within personal care manufacturing Blend of operational accounting and analytical responsibilities Opportunity to strengthen expertise in inventory, costing, and process improvement Location: Saint Paul, MN Compensation: $120K + Bonus What You’ll Do Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production data to improve cost accuracy Partner with operations to monitor inventory, support cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies Maintain and refine standard cost models across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory processes Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
