This position serves as the central project coordinator for certification and mandated training compliance, overseeing timelines, monitoring completion requirements, and partnering with supervisors and employees to ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational requirements.Qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management or related field 1-3 years experience in human resources, training, compliance and/or project management, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneouslyEssential Job Responsibilities:Compliance Project ManagementManage organization-wide certification, licensure, clearance, and training compliance initiatives utilizing project management principles to ensure timely completion of all requirements.Develop and maintain annual compliance calendars, project plans, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms to monitor organizational compliance status.Monitor compliance milestones and proactively identify risks, barriers, or gaps that may impact organizational compliance objectives.Coordinate compliance-related communications and follow-up activities with employees, supervisors, administrators, and external agencies.Conduct periodic audits of personnel records, certifications, clearances, training completion, and employment documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity.Serve as the Human Resources liaison for all staff-related Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) reporting and data requests.Responsible for collecting, maintaining, auditing, and validating accurate personnel data required for Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) reporting, including employee demographics, assignments, employment status, and staffing records.Collaborate with the PIMS Coordinator to ensure employee data is accurate, complete, properly documented, and compliant with PDE reporting requirements, while maintaining supporting personnel records and documentation.Tuition Reimbursement AdministrationCoordinate and administer the organization's tuition reimbursement program, including application review, eligibility verification, approval tracking, reimbursement processing, and record maintenance.Monitor employee participation in tuition reimbursement programs and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Communicate tuition reimbursement requirements, deadlines, and approval processes to employees and supervisors.Prepare reports regarding tuition reimbursement utilization, expenditures, and participation trends.Employee & Supervisor AccountabilityPartner with supervisors and employees to ensure timely completion of certification renewals, required training, and compliance-related documentation.Communicate compliance requirements, deficiencies, and corrective actions in a professional, tactful, and customer-focused manner while maintaining appropriate accountability.Utilize diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills when addressing sensitive compliance matters with employees and supervisors.Escalate unresolved compliance concerns to Human Resources leadership as appropriate.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve compliance processes, reporting systems, data collection methods, and workflow efficiency.Assist with implementation and management of HR technology solutions that support compliance monitoring and workforce analytics.Quick Facts:Location: Educational Service Center (ESC) at 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PABenefits Eligible: YesAnticipated start date: Conclusion of hiring processSchedule: Monday - Friday, 260 days per year (12-month)Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM (includes 30 minute unpaid lunch)FLSA Status: Exempt Salaried or Hourly: SalariedRate: $62,046 - $77,557 (2026 - 2027 School Year) Project - Level 13Placement on salary level is commensurate with direct related experienceCS Equal Opportunity Employer Chester County Intermediate Unit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
