Front-of-House Floor Manager

New World Symphony

The New World Symphony in Miami Beach is seeking a Floor Manager to provide exceptional customer service during performances and events at the New World Center. The role involves assisting in event execution and ensuring a positive experience for patrons. Candidates should have customer service experience at arts venues and the ability to handle customer issues calmly. Knowledge of ADA regulations and bilingual communication skills are preferred.
