Xponential Fitness' portfolio of brands includes Club Pilates, the nation's largest Pilates brand; CycleBar, the nation's largest indoor cycling brand; StretchLab, a concept offering one-on-one assisted stretching services and group stretch services; Row House, a high-energy, low-impact indoor rowing workout; AKT, a dance-based cardio workout combining toning, interval and circuit training developed by Celebrity Trainer Anna Kaiser; YogaSix, a modern boutique yoga brand; Pure Barre, a total body workout that uses the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements; and most recently, STRIDE, a treadmill-based cardio and strength training concept.The Regional Sales Manager will be supporting studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio. The RSM will be responsible for insuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening and Grand Opening.Responsibilities:Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing planHelp new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post openingProvide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General ManagersReview club operations with the GM and the Franchise OwnerHost one-on-one calls and webinars with staffCoach studios on customer service best-practicesAdvise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needsRequirements:Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness salesPre-sale or start up experience preferredFitness franchise experience highly preferredExperience with grassroots marketingExperience with ClubReady, MindBody or other gym POS & CRMsAvailability to travel up to 50% of the timeBenefits:Robust bonus & commission based off of studio revenueMedical, Dental, & Vision Plans availablePaid Time OffModern work space defined by a trendy start-up culture infused with a passion for fitness
