This role supports inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and audit readiness through consistent execution of receiving procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming shipmentsEnsure all deliveries are verified for accuracy, quality, and proper documentationMaintain accurate receiving records and support overall inventory accuracyMonitor receiving activity to identify discrepancies, errors, or process gapsSupervise receiving staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectationsCoordinate scheduling and workflow for receiving operationsEnsure proper handling of discrepancies, including damages, shortages, and documentation issuesSupport compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational controlsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving areaQualificationsPrevious experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory operationsStrong understanding of receiving processes and inventory controlExperience leading or supervising a teamStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar toolsWork Environment / ExpectationsPrimarily warehouse or receiving environment. Requires standing, walking, and handling product for extended periods.
