Location: Great Barrington, MA

Start Date: 11-30-2026

End Date: 03-01-2027

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Work closely with the rehab team to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• State or federal issued identification to comply with facility security
• Ability to wear a photo badge at all times
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Understanding of patient safety and body mechanics
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Teamwork and collaboration with rehab professionals
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
