Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to LTAC residents under supervision of a licensed PT.
- Lead and assist with therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and mobility.
- Support gait training, transfers, and functional mobility to promote independence and safe patient outcomes.
- Contribute to development and adjustment of individualized treatment plans; document patient progress and response to interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, communicate patient status, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
- Adhere to facility protocols, documentation standards, and infection control practices.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Massachusetts
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Ability to work effectively in a LTAC/SNF setting
- Travel-ready and able to participate in a temporary assignment in Great Barrington, MA
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
