Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and trauma cases.
  • Provide skilled outpatient therapy for orthopedic, sports medicine, pediatric, and neuro patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems such as EPIC, Wellsky, Meditech Expanse, or AOD.
  • Contribute to patient recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based practices.
  • Support the department's mission in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

What You Need

  • Required:
    • Current LA PT license
    • BLS certification
    • Experience managing diverse patient populations and working independently
  • Preferred:
    • 1+ years of relevant experience in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
    • Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different EMR systems
