**Exciting Opportunity: Weekend CT Technologist** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic team as a Weekend CT Technologist and take your career to the next level! - Work 4 days a week with 10-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday, ensuring a guaranteed 40 hours. - Collaborate with skilled Radiologists and utilize your unique talents to perform CT and X-Ray procedures. - Deliver exceptional imaging services that cater to a diverse patient population, from Neonatal to Geriatric. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute CT and X-Ray procedures following established protocols to produce optimal diagnostic images. - Efficiently operate imaging equipment in both diagnostic radiology and CT procedures. - Prioritize workflow to meet urgent demands while maintaining high patient care standards. - Communicate with patients to gather medical history and provide clear instructions about procedures. - Review patient charts for critical clinical information and screen for allergies and surgical implants. - Obtain prior films and perform high-quality scans for Radiologist evaluation. - Monitor patients’ conditions throughout examinations and notify appropriate staff of any changes. - Coordinate scan protocols with Radiologists and serve as a resource for fellow Technologists. - Transfer and position patients safely for examinations, ensuring comfort and safety. - Maintain a professional atmosphere to support patients through their imaging experience. - Practice sterile technique and implement measures to prevent cross-contamination. **Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. - Must be ARRT certified or eligible upon hire. - Less than 1 year of experience in Computed Tomography (CT) or X-Ray is preferred. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated problem solver and team player. - Venipuncture experience is a plus. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire is required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
