The Director will lead program development, quality and performance initiatives, faculty recruitment, and strategic growth while cultivating a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Henry Ford Medical Group.The position includes meaningful academic engagement through the Henry Ford Cardiothoracic Surgery Residency Program, with opportunities for resident education, mentorship, and curriculum development.
