Senior Litigation Paralegal

Overview LHH is working with a firm in Portland that is seeking a Senior-Level Paralegal with strong trial technician experience to support upcoming high-stakes, multi-party litigation . This role is ideal for a "trial junkie" who excels in high-pressure environments and enjoys working closely with attorneys during trials, including in the courtroom. Location Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid: Tue–Thu in office, Mon & Fri remote) Key Responsibilities Lead pre-trial prep, exhibit management, and in-trial tech support Operate and troubleshoot trial presentation software (e.g., TrialDirector, Relativity, Disco) Manage audiovisual content and electronic depositions Collaborate with attorneys and legal tech staff on discovery and trial strategy Travel occasionally (approx. once per quarter starting in 2028) Assist in the courtroom with setup and ongoing trial support Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in complex, multi-party cases Strong eDiscovery and tech skills ( Relativity required ; TrialDirector a plus) Comfortable in the "hot seat" during trial presentations Professional, proactive, and team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Must be open to learning internal systems and firm processes Firm Culture & Team Friendly, collaborative, and open-minded environment Office of 10 in Portland, supporting a wide variety of case types Culturally values people with unique backgrounds and a strong work ethic Serious about quality work, but laid-back in style Paid Parking Annual cost-of-living increase 401(k) & profit-sharing Transit stipend (parking or transit pass) Wellness stipend ($250 per quarter for fitness, wellness, or related expenses) Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Paid time off, holidays, and family/medical leave Interview Process Initial Zoom interview with HR Follow up with senior paralegals and attorneys (Zoom or in-person) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
