What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient settings across multiple locations
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans in collaboration with surgical teams
• Administer anesthesia during diverse surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses intraoperatively, adjusting anesthesia as needed
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and patient stabilization
• Document all procedures accurately in EPIC EMR in compliance with hospital policies
• Support staffing needs during periods of shortage and participate in rotating schedules
• Engage in continuous professional development and maintain required certifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CRNA (no new grads)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including on-call and weekend shifts
