Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – Anesthesia

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients in an inpatient setting as well as across multiple clinic locations
• Conduct preoperative assessments, including reviewing medical history, evaluating patient risk factors, and preparing anesthesia plans
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively, including vital signs, anesthesia depth, and response to interventions
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
• Participate in a rotating schedule, including full-time day shifts, on-call coverage, and weekends
• Travel to multiple locations as required to provide anesthesia services across the health system
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Support the department in staffing coverage needs, particularly during periods of shortage
• Comply with all hospital credentialing, quality assurance, and safety protocols
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications including BLS, ACLS, CRNA license, and RN license
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to ensure high-quality patient care
• Active Michigan RN License required at time of presentation
• Clean malpractice and license history required with no exceptions
• Must be willing to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call
• DEA, CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
• H1B and J1 Visa candidates are welcome to apply
