Shift: Full-time Day Shifts, rotating schedule including on-call & weekends

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Conduct preoperative assessments, review medical histories, and develop anesthesia plans
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to develop individualized anesthesia strategies
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor vital signs, anesthesia depth, and patient response intraoperatively
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
• Support staffing needs during shifts, including weekends and on-call periods
• Document all care accurately in EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance
• Travel to multiple hospital locations within the health system as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain all required certifications

What You Need

Required:

• Valid BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA certifications
• Active Michigan RN license or eligible for reciprocity
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a rotating schedule
