Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state, or eligibility for licensure
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience providing OT services in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to integrate effectively with educational teams, families, and administrators
• Commitment to promoting student independence and participation in school activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary evaluations, and professional development as needed
