Titus-Will Ford is looking for a customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team. What We Offer $25.00–$26.00 per hour , depending on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan eligible after 90 days Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) earned at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked Company-provided uniforms Career growth opportunities within the Titus-Will organization More benefit details available at: Titus-Will Benefits Information What You'll Do Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts needs Oversee the parts sales process from inquiry to completion Answer phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information Pull and fill parts orders accurately and efficiently Receive and stock incoming inventory Perform routine inventory and bin checks to maintain accuracy Review repair and body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing are correct Process customer payments and obtain credit authorizations when necessary Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong customer relationships What We're Looking For At least 1 year of automotive parts experience Experience with automotive parts sales (AutoZone, NAPA, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, dealership parts departments, or similar environments strongly encouraged) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Titus-Will?
