Senior Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing company. We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a 3-month contract assignment based fully onsite in Ewing, NJ. This role will support the finance team with financial reporting, analysis, and data management, with a strong emphasis on Excel and accuracy in financial data. Experience with revenue-related analysis or recognition is highly preferred. s)Location: Ewing, NJ (Fully Onsit e)Pay Rate: $35–$38/ hrPosition Overvie w:Key Responsibilit ies:Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/bud get)Support revenue tracking activities, including assisting with revenue-related reporting and reconciliat ionsPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and complete nessBuild, maintain, and update financial models and reporting tools in E xcelAssist with month-end close processes, including journal entry support and financial data valida tionAnalyze trends in revenue, expenses, and operational performance to provide actionable insi ghtsPartner with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure reporting accu racyIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data integ rityQualificat ions:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accou ysis)Experience with revenue analysis or revenue recognition concepts pref erredExperience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools is a plusStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving s killsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enviro ails:3-month contract assig nmentFully onsite, 5 days per week in Ewin g, NJOpportunity to contribute to a high-impact finance team in a collaborative enviro Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
