Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from 360X Staffing I work with clients in the Renewable Energy, Power Delivery, Engineering, Industrial, and Construction industries to identify, recruit, and hire top… The PM is ultimately responsible for establishing the project’s objectives, the project plan, and the project budget and schedule. The PM provides the necessary direction to the project team to ensure satisfactory performance by the functional departments thru all phases of the project including closeout and final report preparation. This is a heavy traveling position, primarily in the east and mid-west areas of the United States. This is a full time, direct hire, role with a full benefit package. My client is a national solar-build firm that specializes in commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects across the United States. They deliver reliable solar arrays to their clients by striving to design and build the best solution for optimal production. Job Responsibilities Manage construction projects for Photo Voltaic, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Microgrid, and other Distributed/Onsite Energy Systems. Review subcontractor and vendor Shop Drawings, and ensure conformity with company specifications. Generate scopes of work, issue RFPs, and review quotes, bids, and estimates for materials and labor. Ensure all RFIs are properly logged, responded to promptly, and documented accurately. Manage permits, inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Oversee project scheduling, cost tracking, and monthly financial reporting with leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management. Electrical experience preferred. Ability to successfully manage owners, clients, inspectors, tradespeople, and other Company personnel.
