Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Always There Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Welder for a manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. This position requires strong experience in Stick welding (primary focus), MIG, and TIG welding within a manufacturing setting. Position Summary
The Welder is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks to support production operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities General Duties:
- Perform Stick, MIG, and TIG welding according to company standards and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow written and verbal instructions carefully
- Cut plates for trimmers according to specifications
- Gouge dies for re-sinking and repair
- Weld dies to required standards
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
- Prior welding experience required
- Must have Stick, MIG, and TIG welding experience (heavy Stick welding required)
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
