- Conduct detailed inspections of coating applications to ensure quality and compliance.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings for proper coating procedures.
- Monitor ongoing coating activities, identifying deviations from plans and safety standards.
- Collect, document, and analyze inspection data for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with management to resolve quality and regulatory issues promptly.
- Completion of Basic Coatings Inspector Certification (CIP Level 1) by AMPP.
- Strong understanding of coating analysis and safety regulations.
- Experience in quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
- Inspection expertise and coating analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with coating application procedures.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical skills for quality assessment.
