Your Impact
As our Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and administrative team. You'll support a team of 15+ technicians throughout Florida, ensuring service requests are scheduled efficiently, customers stay informed, and jobs move smoothly from start to finish.

This is primarily an in-office position in Bradenton , with occasional visits to job sites as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the go-to person, can think on their feet, and takes pride in keeping multiple moving parts organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls and projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field team
• Communicate with customers and provide timely updates
• Manage incoming service requests and work orders
• Track job progress from scheduling through completion
• Coordinate materials and job details
• Maintain accurate records within company software and customer portals
• Assist with invoicing, documentation, and administrative support
• Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively solve problems

What We're Looking For

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, project coordination, or construction administration experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation
• Construction, maintenance, property management, or service industry experience is a strong plus
