QUALIFICATIONS
- ServiceTitan experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industry
Previous plumbing dispatch experience and living within or near the work area are highly preferred.
PAY : $24-$28 per hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - DISPATCHER
This is a full-time dispatching position based in Sarasota, FL, supporting plumbing service operations throughout the Tampa, FL service area.
In this role, you'll answer customer inquiries, schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians, manage and update work orders, and coordinate communication between customers and field staff. Throughout the day, you'll balance priorities, solve scheduling challenges, and ensure every customer and technician receives the support they need.
