Our mission-driven approach and unwavering dedication to excellence ensure that we continue to deliver superior products and solutions to our customers around the world.THE WORKThe Global Sustainment (GS) Training, Logistics, and Simulation (TLS) F-35 Operations Senior Manager leads the execution and the daily operations of F-35 pilot & maintenance instruction, as well as training device maintenance and upgrades across all domestic and international training locations. This position also leads the Support Equipment (SE) Field Service Support and Pilot Fit teams, operating at customer sites across the enterprise.This role will partner with the F-35 TLS cross-functional leadership team, ensuring all program and customer requirements, sustainment deliverables, and support services, meet/exceed expected performance outcomes. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
