Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on 1st Shift !

Position: First Shift Production Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience meeting production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement is a plus

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations
Lead, train, and support production employees
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
Ensure production schedules are met
Address employee performance and operational issues as they arise
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
