This Physical Therapist position is based in Sebastian, Florida, a welcoming coastal community along the Indian River Lagoon on Florida's East Coast. You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values open communication, professional respect, and shared problem-solving. The environment supports continued learning and offers opportunities to build skills in a range of clinical areas, from general musculoskeletal and post-surgical care to more specialized neurological and balance-related conditions.In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver goal-oriented interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Typical responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, establishing short- and long-term functional goals, providing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, designing home exercise programs, and documenting care efficiently and accurately in the EMR. You will coordinate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure safe, comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.The caseload may include adult and geriatric patients from both the local community and surrounding areas, with diagnoses such as orthopedic injuries, post-operative joint replacements, spinal conditions, stroke, deconditioning, and balance disorders. Patient volumes are managed to support thorough, high-quality care, and schedules are structured to allow adequate time for evaluation, treatment, and documentation. A typical day may include a mix of evaluations and follow-up treatments, participation in team huddles, and contribution to quality or performance improvement initiatives.Shifts are generally daytime hours with some flexibility depending on department needs and patient demand. Weekend or holiday coverage may be shared among team members to ensure continuous patient access to therapy services. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient PT-FL Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications

Travel experience is preferred
