Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity begins August 31, 2026, and runs through June 17, 2027, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week on site. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or PhD degree in School Psychology required
• Valid Maryland state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Ability to complete all required background checks including fingerprinting per House Bill 486 and employment history review
• Excellent communication, assessment, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively across diverse populations and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across designated schools (caseload details to be determined)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to design and implement evidence-based interventions
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management support as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and planning sessions
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation required by district policies and regulatory standards
