Information Technology Manager

Wide Effect Talent Solutions

Develop and execute IT strategies that support business growth and operational objectives. Manage network infrastructure, hardware, cloud environments, and cybersecurity programs. Support remote and field service teams through reliable connectivity, mobile device management, and technical assistance. Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Develop and manage the annual IT budget, capital expenditures, and vendor relationships. Maintain software licensing, hardware inventories, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans. Evaluate technology trends and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Oversee IT staff and external service providers to ensure high-quality support and service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and support services. 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or IT vendors. Experience supporting manufacturing ERP systems; Macola experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, LAN/WAN environments, and cybersecurity best practices. Experience supporting distributed workforces, mobile technologies, and field service operations.
