Project Manager- Data Centers (Traveling)

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA A rapidly expanding general contractor specializing in hyperscale data centers is seeking Project Managers at multiple levels to join its mission critical construction team. With over $10 billion of active data center construction projects, this organization is delivering some of the largest hyperscale campuses in the United States. The Role Project Managers are responsible for leading the successful delivery of hyperscale data center builds, managing project teams, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules from construction through completion. Responsibilities Manage overall project delivery, schedule, and financial performance Coordinate field operations and subcontractors Lead safety and quality standards Manage contracts and project documentation Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Identify opportunities to improve cost, schedule, and efficiency Requirements 5+ years experience in construction project management Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Data center experience preferred What You’ll Get Work on some of the largest hyperscale data centers in the U.S. Join a contractor with $10bn+ mission critical pipeline #J-18808-Ljbffr
