Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary As a Physical Therapy Assistant at HCA Healthcare, you will improve the lives of patients by providing individualized care that restores mobility and independence. You will work within well‑defined processes and a supportive team of PTs to deliver high‑quality care with confidence and impact. Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility. Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function. Monitor patient progress and document responses to ensure safe, effective care. Teach patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs. Work closely with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience and support a culture of excellence. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) required. Associate Degree required. Occasional or intermittent work acceptable. No prior experience required.
