Job Requirements (CRNA Qualifications) * Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential; Washington state licensure or eligibility required * Minimum 1 year of recent clinical CRNA experience * Board certified or board eligible * Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) * Experience with adult and pediatric anesthesia cases * Proficiency with spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques * Comfort managing trauma and obstetrical cases * Strong airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and acute resuscitation skills * Familiarity with EHR documentation and perioperative workflow preferred Primary Responsibilities * Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a broad range of procedures (general, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, GYN, urology, vascular) * Perform pre-op patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and conduct post-anesthesia follow-up * Manage airway, hemodynamics, and acute volume/BP issues during perioperative period * Administer spinal, epidural, and extremity blocks for operative and postoperative pain control * Support care in multiple procedural areas including ORs, GI suites, bronchoscopy, and cath lab as needed * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team model under medical supervision to optimize patient outcomes * Adhere to patient safety protocols, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives Apply now to be considered for this locum tenens CRNA opportunity in Yakima, WA.
