The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for cleaning various outdoor surfaces such as curbs, parks, sidewalks, medians, and commercial buildings using specialized pressure washing equipment. This role involves operating and maintaining pressure washing tools, applying appropriate cleaning chemicals, and ensuring high-quality results that meet safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment effectively on different outdoor surfaces
- Perform surface cleaning on curbs, parks, sidewalks, medians, and commercial buildings
- Apply chemicals safely and according to manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain and clean pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality inspections to confirm cleaning standards are met
- Follow safety protocols while working on public sidewalks and commercial areas
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pressure washing
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating pressure washing equipment
- Knowledge of chemical handling and surface preparation techniques
- Understanding of safety procedures related to pressure washing
- Customer service skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor
- Problem-solving skills for on-site challenges
